I know most of you have forgotten about the blog but I wanted to send you a message just in case you check. Today I went to Canoby Lake with the class of 2012. It reminded me of the great people I went with last year and I began to wonder how you all were. We went on Untamed and I remembered how we missed going on it by a few days. What a great time last year was to see such promising young men and women grow up. I have been fortunate enough to see some of you this year and hear great things about more but I wanted to say hello and thank you for being yourselves. Have a great summer and hope to hear from you soon!

About Me

- Mr. Phillips
- I have been teaching at SPCC since 2004. I love interacting with students everyday and working with my peers. I also love playing and coaching basketball, playing baseball, and golfing. I love being spontaneous and riding the wave of life where it takes me. I am also very proud to have the best wife, duaghter, and a brand new edition on the way in September. My parents are a driving force in who I have become and throughout my life I have had the best friends around me who love me for who I am. God has guided me in many ways that have turned into miracles.

Canobie Lake
Hey everyone, I'm excited for a great day Monday. Food day went so much better then I planned. All of you stepped up to the plate and beyond. Future chefs in the house. Well because of food day dismissal came quick and I am hoping everyone got the info for Monday from Mr. L. If you could sign on to the post and say "got it" that would be great. Let's see if we can get the whole class to comment "got it" by Sunday. We may have to do some contacting people like Sam N., Harrison C., and others. We need to make sure we are there at 7:45am, because your not going to take away my coaster time, hahahaha. Have a great weekend and if you read is post pass on the word.

Food Project
Hi everyone. Just wanted to give you a run down of the food project. The important part is the 5 minute presentation. We should leave each presentation having a good understanding of each nutrient our body needs, which should give everyone a better understanding of what each of us can do to eat a healthy balanced diet. It will be on Friday after the examine. Each group will give a five minute presentation, at the end of the presentation you will present food high in your nutrient. This is not a like a birthday in which you have to bring in a ton of food for everyone. There will be awards giving for most creative meal, best presentation of meal, healthiest meal, and maybe more. Have some fun with it and everyone do well on their final examine at SPCC.
